Shipping Information:

Shipping: All order are shipped either USPS, UPS or Fedex. All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days provided the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock we will notify you of the estimated shipping date and arrival date. We use standard shipping rates for all packages.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund of unopened items within 15 business days of the purchase date. Any opened products are not returnable as directed by USDA and FDA policy. These include food supplements and that have been opened, used or altered in any way from the manufacture's original packaging. You must pay for the return shipping and all returned items will be charged a 20% restocking and handling fee.

Returns: All items being returned must be unopened and shipped back in the same shipping packages provided to ensure proper care and protection of the items. All items must be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund minus the restocking and handling fee of 20%.

Cancellation Policy: If you place an order and it has not shipped we can cancel the order and refund the purchase amount minus a 15% restocking and handling fee.

Frequently Asked Questions: 1) How do I track my order? We provide the tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped.

2) What do I do when my package arrives? We recommend you check the shipping list and verify that you have received all items in the package and notify us immediately via email of any incorrect (items you did not order) or missing items.

3) What do I do if I have received items I did not order? Notify the company immediately via email and ship the item back and we will refund the shipping cost up to $6.95.

4) What do I do if I did not receive all of the items that I had ordered? Contact us immediately via email and let us know which items were missing and we will send you the missing items on the next business day.

5) Are there options for faster shipping? Yes we have standard rates for ground, express and overnight shipping.

6) What do I do if I do not receive the order within the timeframe of the estimated shipping date? First, please check the status if your order through the tracking number that was provided on the date of shipping via email. If the status of the order states that it was delivered to your address but you do not have a package. Then send an email to and let us know and we will assist you in tracking the package and notify you of the results of the inquiry.

7) What do I do if any of the items are damaged or missing? Notify us via email and we will ship replacement items on the next business day.

9) Do you have a catalog that I could search through for my orders? We do not have a hard copy of a catalog. All items that we have for sale are listed on our website and can be found through the search function.
